1995 - Choose your album

You know the drill. Below is a graphic of what was happening in hard rock and metal in 1995. Pick one album and your favourite track.

While I'm a big fan of VH, Dokken, Bon Jovi, Skid Row and Firehouse, for my tastes there releases in '95 showed a bit too much of a shift in style and lacked the consistency and stand out tracks of those prior albums.  Solid, but each was lacking a little.  My choice from the '95 montage would be Gun.

A few killer cuts on that Gun album, but pretty easily Bon Jovi out of this lot. Favourite song is probably 'Lie to me' these days. Some great songs on that one, though.

I like songs on the Skid Row and Firehouse albums too, but massive steps backward for both bands. DAD were actually one of the better performers with, imo, their best album.

I love that Skid Row album, but I'm going with Van Halen - Balance... pure class and signaled the end of an era.

Favourite track is Feelin'.

I think the Bon Jovi album is the only one that I've heard all the way through from this picture.  Since I've generally tried to listen to albums chronologically, I haven't quite made it this far with anyone else.  Definitely in agreement that These Days is a great album through and through

I'm going with FNM. This album had a mix of Metal and the eclectic weirdness. I like the hard moments the best. Ricochet is my favourite track.

If anything, those first 3 Gun albums are underrated in our scene IMO.
