1993 - Choose your album

A selection of hard rock and metal from the year 1993. You only get to choose one album though, and what is your favourite track.

Yowser, that one was a lot harder than I thought. Quite a few albums I don't like or have not heard, by choice. But then the big guns started rolling in with Enuff Z' Nuff, Poison and Def Leppard, which are all belters. 

But, the clear winner in this case, for me, is Winger and the best track is... well, that's harder. Let's go with 'No Man's Land' for today (Could be 'Spell I'm Under' or 'Junkyard dog' tomorrow).

Favourite song - Until you suffer some(fire & ice)

Living Colour - Stain. No idea why I liked this album so much. It was far more abrasive than their other releases. Some great tracks like Auslander, Bi, Leave Me Alone. But my favourite is the weird ballad Nothingness.

I'm gonna go with Geoff and his deeply buried truth about Poison Native Tongue.

It has my all time fav song on it (Until You Suffer Some). Not sure why, to me it's just one of the all time well written songs with all the elements, bridge, hooks, melody, vibe.

Others worth a mention are Mr Big, EZN, Meat Loaf, Def Lep

Haha, I don't get it. You saying my pick is actually Poison but I'm too embarrassed to admit it? Love that Poison album, a lot, but my preference would be Winger. 

I think. Both valid picks in my eyeballs. 

If I picked Poison I'd probably pick 'Until you suffer some.' 'Theatre of soul' and 'Blind Faith' only a ball whisker behind.
