Jungle Cruise (2021) - enjoyed this as it appears they threw bits of POTC, The Mummy and Indiana Jones into a mixer and came up with this flick, worth checking out IMO....

'Three Burials' - too slow... decent story. Undecided on this one. Okay.

 

'Casino Royale' - good enjoyable film. And f*ck me is that girl gorgeous!!! The main one...

Hostel - bit pointless, some of it was a bit grim...I guess it was okay but felt a little like I was expecting more after what I heard .....6/10

"Wise Girls" a gangster movie with Mira Sorvino, Mariah Carey and Melora Walters.

Pretty good, all the females in it (Carey as well ) were uniformly excellent.

It mostly plays in a restaurant where all these Italian/American mobsters hang out.

You can watch it with the wives as well, but there's some nasty violence in it as well...

Watched my bootleg DVD of "Howard The Duck" last night... and yes, that movie is still hilariously god-awful, just like I remembered. :banana:

 

However, it is well worth viewing for this one scene featuring the lovely Lea Thompson (who never looked hotter than she did in this movie) in her underwear!

Ditto matey - I watched this last night. Loved the bit with the Eye ball and the Russian chick was a bit cute as well. Was expecting more, but was good mindless entertainment for 90 minutes.

Yeah but now you know what a dalliance with her leads to I guess you'd leave well alone hahaha!

 

Last night...out of respect for one of the members on the boards name I watched Dark Star. I've had it up in the loft on video for ages and haven't watched it for years.....still pretty funny...maybe not quite as good as I remembered it though....nice to see again, like an old friend....sob!

Yeah and hot chicks kicking ass while wearing mini skirts just makes that movie even better.

 

Welp I'm off to see the new Pirates Of The Caribbean.

I saw Pirates 3 today then came home and watched "The Rundown" with The Rock. A good shit kicker but in no way an Academy Award pic. Also watched "8 Mile" with Eminem.
