Seemed to be some hype before it's release with Lou Gramm and Vivian Campbell involved but for whatever reason Lou returned to Foreigner pretty quickly after this but this is a high quality melodic rock disc.

Yep, when I am in the mood for some lighter rock this is a great one to have in the mix. "Don't Even Know I'm Alive" is one of my favorites from this one.

I used to see these in pawn shops quite a bit, all with cut outs it seemed, but not so much anymore.

I picked this one up the day it came out way back when. Lou Gramm has one of the most distinguishable voices in the business. Stellar album. Nothing against Riverdogs but I'd have sooner seen Campbell reunite with Lou for a second Shadow King release.

I found this cd in a pawn shop quite a while ago but it ended up stuck on the shelf and I never bothered to listen to it until I saw this thread. I'm not a fan of Vivian Campbell at all so I didn't expect much. I was pleasantly surprised though when I finally played it. The album reminds of late 80's Bad Company, which I really enjoy.

thats a good cd, I could of bought 50 of them about 3 years, i saw them in every pawn shop , flea market...etc........

I agree with the late 80's Bad Co statement plus it had a little more commercial MHR as well.

Backed on that tune and the voice. I've never been a huge Foreigner fan although I do like many of their tunes but I love the SK disc.
