And here's where we see one of the fundamental differences between the left and the right. As we saw throughout the pandemic, the left is all about authoritarianism. "Should not be allowed to run"... by what authority and on what grounds? "I don't like him" isn't reason to disqualify someone from running.

My hope is that DeSantis wins the Republican nod in 2024 and assuming Biden doesn't run, anyone but Warren, Harris, or a member of The Squad gets the nod on the Democrat side.
