Great to see these two together again.

Mick always said that S/T was the best Motley record.

Interesting read (also the original linked article at sludge, where Corabi said that being dumped from Motley almost made him suicidal.

Also talks about how muck Mick lover having a rhythm guitarist to help out.

Song sounds pretty good.

Wasn't their decision to quit touring due, in part, to Mick's poor health? It's kinda ironic that he's the first of the bunch to start a new project.

I like the prospect of these two together. Hopefully it pays off.

Count me out despite Mick's involvement.

Guitars sound like they're missing the G, B and High E strings. Harkens back to much the mid-90's shit I hated so much.

The samples leave me feeling disappointed and not interested. Let us hope they can muster up a chorus or something with a hook or two or this one will come and go like so many other missed opportunities when good musicians pair up.

Yep

I'm I the only one that thinks this sounds promising?

Some straight forward hard rock. Teaser1 especially

I'm not perturbed by either of those samples. Thought I heard a bit of the self-titled Motley Crue in the first one. But, then, according to most here, I don't know shit.

Just fixed a typo for you, mate.

Anyway, can't get anything from the second sample, but first sounds okay. Like others have suggested, though, I wouldn't be expecting too much from this one.

That stuff sucks....Corabi's voice sounds horrible, too. Won't even think of picking this up...

    • In all fairness, rank-and-file police officers are caught between a rock and a hard place. They have to enforce orders from above, even ones they disagree with, or risk losing their livelihoods. I bear far more ill will towards the policy makers and the ones giving orders than frontline officers. Now, that said: 1. The editing is manipulative IMO. I'd like to see an unedited video from several minutes PRIOR to what is shown and then through the incident, as is. As we all learned (or already knew prior) from the Kyle Rittenhouse trial, video can be twisted and turned to seemingly show what we want it to show, deep fakes notwithstanding. 2. If this incident was as heinous as the host claims, if it happened "last month" it would be everywhere and he wouldn't have waited this long to air it; he would have wanted to be on the cutting edge of interest. Me smells a rat.
    • I like this song, no issue with the GV. What don't you like?
    • Hello, me in 2019. I used to think that way but over the course of the last two years I have lost all respect I ever had for the police. In this instance, I honestly don't know. I'm sure there's two sides to the story, but I'm far less inclined these days to feel any sympathy for the police considering the roles they've played in covid management. Fuck them, I regrettably say these days.
    • How overproduced is his voice?
    • Pushing the kids was pretty harsh, but there is no context. Judging by the way she was speaking, accusing the police of groping her friend, you'd think that she was likely inciting them. Doesn't justify the shove of a kid, but in a karmic world, possibly got what she deserved. I hate these clips, and the Avi is a fucking dick. He dissipates what he does by leaning so far to the right that he's as bad as the lefties. The cops wouldn't be detaining a young girl unless they had a reason. People honestly think that all 10 cops there was all in on being unfair and persecuting the girl? nope.
    • John Cooper of Skillet fame wanted to experiment with a heavier style than his main band allowed for, so the Fight the Fury side project was born. As you can tell from the video, it basically sounds like Skillet crossed with Slipknot. Not for everyone but I kind of dig it.
    • You've presented a whole load of easily debunked statements about atheism. When corrected you've taken your bat and ball home.  You had a chance for a conversation but for some reason unable to have that conversation. The you just resort to insults.   I turn my other cheek.
    • The arrogance and hypocrisy in this statement is what is staggering. Maybe we could turn this into a big collective circle jerk for all the poor misunderstood atheists. I will leave you to it. Enjoy.
    • I know this thread is Mr.AOR's, so I won't impose, but I do need to post this one. I've posted it before, but I do think this track truly encampasses the true meaning of our modern day Christmas.
    • Nice SCTV reference.   Rick Moranis is an absolute legend and good guy by all accounts.
