At least Bonfire arent mullering too much of Point Blank

Yeah, that's a really random track listing. Really makes me wonder why they're bothering, as most songs are moderately recent. Very intriguing selection.

An easy and cheap way to cash on the success of their latest release. At least in Germany they have too many troo believers who 'll get this on cd+vinyl.

Btw, I'm still pissed that they ended their gig with sweet home Alabama. Jaysus!

Wow! Really? That's a shitty song, regardless who's playing it.

Adelitas Way - 'Getaway' ; due 26th February

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qOVcj7ggTjg

Basically hated the last album and I'm not sure about the new single. I hope this band is not ruined.

Asking Alexandria - new album due early 2016 with a new singer (the previous dude is permanent with We Are Harlot) and I believe the album is to be called 'The Black.'

I diggit.

Simple Plan - 'Taking one for the team' ; due 19th February

(pretty cool)

(oh dear, absolutely awful);

(oh fucking dear);

Jesus wtf happened to Simple Plan ???

I'm telling you... any band that has a hint of success... write them off at that very moment. They'll be broken forever. :( Simple Plan have been putting shitty songs like those two on their CDs for a while - first it was one song, then a couple on the next CD, and then a few more on the next one.

I fear that a song like 'Boom' may actually be the only of it's kind on this new album (meaning an actual rock song).

Yep! They releaed a new one at the end of 2015.

Is Hedley close to Abbotsford?

You gotta start a band called Bridgeview, sounds better than Abbotsford. Plus we already have Hedley and Chilliwack.

Hedley is a very small town of a few hundred people. It's about 2 hours East of Abbotsford. But Jacob Hoggard is from Abby, as were the original band members.

Wow, what's wrong with u guys? A great song is a great song. I hate southern rock, blues etc. as well as classic rock in general but a good song is a good song regardless of genre. Skynrd had some absolute gems.

The problem here is having a Euro band do something so distinctively American and it could never work. It's like putting nutella and cheese together in a sandwich. Separately they are great, together...hmmm no!

The same thing goes for countless non-english speaking euro bands doing covers of classic British artists like Thin Lizzy eg. Pretty Maids, Scorpions and so on. Dreadful stuff!

Perhaps I could also love them. In yoctozeptoatto quantities and in Planck time.

Hedley did indeed release another classic example of selling out and 100% de-rocking themselves in 2015. It was called 'Hello' and I didn't completely hate it overall (even if it is pure pop - no trace of any kind of "rock" at all). Really love two songs off the album:

So much forehead!

can you imagine if Statham and Vin Diesel were also around them :D

Thank God one of them wears a baseball cap. Otherwise it would be forehead overkill. "The Attack of the Foreheads!"
