Journey - 'Arrival'

I thought you hated Journey?

I hate how over-rated Journey are and I have no time for most of their albums, but I am not afraid to give (realistic) credit where it's due and the new album is great and 'Arrival' is by far their 2nd best album, imo. I got it for chumps change at Secondspin so thought why not. Was spinning it today in the car. Got to track 5 before I found my garage. The first 3 songs are excellent. There are a lot of Journey songs I like, but twice as many fillers (like 4 and 5 were), which is the disappointing part. The new album prior to 'Generations' was horrid too.

I don't hate the band, I just hate the fact that they get the most hype and attention in a genre which has about 14,000 better bands... imo of course. ;)
