I thought this might be like FarCry, but it's not. The harmonies are a bit like Winger/Def Leppard, but the tunes don't have that big Melodic hook I like. Cool production/playing, but not for me.

I thought this might be like FarCry, but it's not. The harmonies are a bit like Winger/Def Leppard, but the tunes don't have that big Melodic hook I like. Cool production/playing, but not for me.

I actually did think it was very good. Sadly I only got to spin it once but I really dug what was happening. Some really cool songs and a great vibe. Normally I'd be spinning the shit out of it, but just had about 50 CDs come through the mail and I'm still trying to go through all the "maybes" in my collection to get a trade list together. Will comment more soon, but yeah, off the bat it's a winner.

Backed....did virtually zero for me. I agree it all sounded nice production wise, but the hooks were just missing.
