These guys have been a good band so far - 2 very nice, solid albums. But this is definitely the best they've sounded. They have a full album due next year, so let's just hope it sounds like this and we may be in for a real nice early surprise in modern rock for 2012.

Sorry mate, I genuinely tried with the SP disc but I think it's weaker than the first one and doesn't have big enough hooks. A few killer tunes but plenty of filler.

Marianas Trench - 'Ever after' ; shitty Michael Jackson almost dancey type of rock. Eccentric at the best of times, not sure there will be much for me on this new one.

 

Last Day Before Holiday - 'The way out' ; very, very good A Day To Remember type band. Not as heavy and screamy as ADTR, but good album.
