BOULEVARD - Into The Street (80%)

 

harsh mate...would be closer to 95% for me.

 

I'll tip it 96%

 

I might have to revisit that one. I always thought 'Blvd' was much better with some great songs, whereas I didn't think 'Into The Street' had many killer songs. Time to reassess, maybe.

Boulevard is a good band but I don't think both albums will pass the 80% mark for me, but then those two albums probably meant a lot during your young years or very nostalgic hence the ultimate score, unfortunately not for me, but I agree, it's still a great album.

I always rated 'Into The Street' much higher than the debut, which was still a very good album. 'Into...' still remains one of my firm top 20 discs of alltime and pretty much an AOR classic in my boat. Absolutely no filler anywhere to be seen imo. Fantastic stuff.
