I can't think of anyone I hate because I wouldn't hate someone just because they make terrible music. But if I hear Red Hot Chilli Peppers on the radio I get squeamish and my ears begin to fold in on themselves. They'd have to be my most hated, musically, artist that I can think of.

I have to agree with Geoff on this as there are no bands that I really hate...quite a few that I don't want to listen to though...stuff like Taylor Swift( although she is easy on the eyes) and most pop music today....

Hate is a strong word, and I am quite eclectic in my musical tastes so for me to really dislike an artist it's not necessarily due to their genre.

The Darkness (fuck those vocals)

Coldplay (make me wanna kill myself they are so boring)

U2 (like a few of their earlier songs but overall I dislike them)

Mariah Carey (squeaky voiced annoying bollocks)

That cunt who sang Dance Monkey ... I cannot even be bothered look her dumb fuck name up

Alanis Morissette vocally speaking I can not handle, seems like a nice person otherwise.  Ironic is the most annoying song of all time followed closely by You Oughta Know.  

Oasis is also very annoying, Wonderwall always hated that song.

The Darkness never clicked for me the few times I've tried them. 

I've never heard a Coldpay song I liked. 

As for U2, I like When Love Comes To Town and I don't mind One.

Mariah Carey is pretty useless as far my musical tastes are concerned.

I don't know if I've heard that Dance Monkey song.

Never heard that one (and via my wife and friends, regrettably, I've actually heard a lot of their shit - hence my feelings towards them). It's kinda different to a lot of their stuff I hear but still distinctly them. I'm personally not finding it catchy, in all honesty, but I'd readily admit some horrific songs are catchy. This one, probably just horrific without the catchy part.
