Glen Posted October 8, 2012 Author Report Share Posted October 8, 2012 Well for anyone interested, I ran my 10K race yesterday in a fab new PB 47 mins 34 secs. I was absolutely stoked about this time - improved my PB by nearly 2 minutes which is HUGE for a 10K. Never thought I would ever go this fast, but now have my sights set on 45 mins ;-) Sub 45 is serious running......newly motivated I must say! I go jogging, but hate pretty much every step. Thanks mate. It depends - running on a summer evening with a cool sunset is great - relaxing in a way.
