There should be some copies left at Wishing Well online...expecting mine anyday now...check it out they're the High Vaultage re-issue $15 new, very limited quantities available. And I'm guessing that's where Jez got his from as well?...no biding involved

Finally went ahead and ordered this late last year, just received it today. Of course I sent an email on Friday to see what was up, and Steve West actually got back to me right away and told me they were a little backed up from the holidays and it had gone out a little late.

 

Wanted this for a long time, glad to finally have it! :woot:

They are very nice. The debut features the 5 original demos Schenker did with Gary Bardens, Billy Sheehan and Denny Carmassi, plus both have loads of unreleased live tracks. Remastering is excellent, and even makes the First album sound half decent now.

Face Dancer - This World...yesss!

 

How did ya get that one already...? I thought it was to be released today (Jan 26th).

 

PS ~ Rumor has it that the other Face Dancer releases may be reissued. I guess I should should support the hometown guys and pick this one up. I'm wondering if they might play a local gig or two if this sells well. I haven't seen them in years.

Just picked these up without hearing any of them so took a chance:

 

Jeff Paris - Wired Up (I like it; nice 80's glam/hard rock/AOR surprise); Matt Sorum on drums was a plus

 

Jimmy Davis and Junction - Kick The Wall (not bad AOR; will give another listen for sure);

 

and these last 3 I'm not impressed with at all: Exile - Still Standing and another I forget the title but the one after I believe (too soft for my taste; a few softer ones are ok but not the whole disc), and lastly The Snakes - S/T (only skimmed through it but may listen again; kind of had a southern bluesy sound to it from what I heard).
