I agree, it's very underrated. Not quite as good as Ball to the Wall or Restless and Wild but still a solid Metal cd.

Anything over $5 for a 2nd hand CD is way too much for me but I still got this:

 

TORA TORA - Surprise Attack ($6.61 including tax)

 

The music is really good, the only problem is that the disc has some VERY visible lines. But the sound doesn't skip. So, I guess I'll have to live with it.

 

Also found some great titles, but again the problem is the very noticeable lines on the CD. Titles like Mindbomb (S/T), Sheer Terrror (thrash band) and Savatage's Siren. Also, because of lack of funds!
