White Sister - White Sister

:bowdown:

I wholeheartedly agree. And every time I hear it it makes me think, that these guys must have been so far ahead of the field in 1984. Were they the first genuine melodic hard rock band with that type of sound? There were AOR bands and hard rock bands, but were these guys the first to combine the two like they did on this album? It is such a melodic album, but a great hard rock approach too. Man I love that album. Absolutely brilliant.

Today was a mere shadow of the strength of yesterday;

White Tiger - White Tiger
White Wolf - Standing Alone
White Wolf - Endangered Species
White Wolf - Victim Of The Spotlight
Whitecross - Triumphant Return
Whitecross - High Gear
Whitefoxx - Whitefoxx
Whitesnake - 1987
Whitesnake - Slip Of The Tongue

For me it was the Bon Jovi debut (1983).

I remember hearing Runaway on the Friday rock show and we were like 'what the fuck was that???'....rushed out and bought the album the next day.

I love Bon Jovi's debut, but is it as ballsy as the White Sister album?
