I think this is one of the most uncertain wildcard weekends in recent memory. None of these games are easily predictable. I wouldn't even dream of laying any moola this weekend.

I was just having that same discussion with my Dad, he was talking about calling in some bets, to Nevada, and I told him dude, seriously, even if something looks certain, I really do not feel that there is a single certainty in the wildcard games, and I dont think your smart to put a single dime down on any of these games, not to mention I got told theres not a whole bunch of wagering going on over this wildcard series, which tripped me out, thats so trippy you say that Dan, I mean do any of you even know what the spreads are on any of these games? I didn't even see that in my USA Today, WTF? I wont be watching any of these games, other then 1, outside of that, I have zero interest, JUST GETTING HOPPED UP AND EXCITED AS FUCK FOR SPRING TRAINING TO START! Baseball time is only 3 months away!!

I will watch them all. Because in a few short weeks there will be nothing on TV again until August.

 

And for the spread or betting, that was what I meant by "suckage", any of these teams have the potential to win, which will make for some good games this weekend and should mean some big spankings next week when these wild card teams play the big boys...

I'm divided with American sports. I don't like basketball much, I really don't like baseball, but I absolutely love NFL and ice hockey.

 

(BTW, despite my dislike of baseball, I've read books about Babe Ruth - incredible story. I bet if I watched a few games, I'd soon get into it...)

This is NOT a Reid issue. I was at the game and am. Completely gutted right now. It's was 38-10 with ten mins in the 3rd quarter and we had an EPIC defensive meltdown. If the offense puts up 44 points on the road they did their job. This is all defense and unspectacular special teams. Bob Suttons head should be on a platter. TV doesn't do justice to what I dealt with at the scene. And then drive 4 hours home in disgust.

 

The bitter taste is still there this morning and it's not going away anytime soon.

it was going to be hard for the Chiefs to lose Charles on the opening drive and win this game. Well well, they opened up a can and was giving it to the colts by the fist full. you lose your #1 weapon right off. you lose your top DB, #2 RB #2 WR. They still had a lead but couldn't hold it. If they get another WR to and a TE that team will be something to watch. Alex Smith is just a guy I have to pull for. he got such a raw deal all the years in SF and I really wanted him to win a SB before Kapernick

Tom Brady and Co. will send Andy Luck home crying like a newborn. The Niner's will upset the Panthers, even though I'd rather see Carolina win and Manning will win big against the Chargers.

 

 

And speaking of the threads topic title, no Jared your Chiefs aren't pretty good. They started strong and then the wheels fell off that bus buddy. What happened? I've only seen a few of their games this season, but does their defense really suck that bad???

Yep, this loss sits solely on the Defense, that is inexcusable, all things considered, Alex Smith did all the work they needed the 1st half of the game, they had nothing more to do, then to go out on Defense and get after it, I mean seriously, 38-10 at halftime, for the love of fuck! thats all, im done on this board until next Sept.

You know, I am pulling big for the Seahawks, just would be great to see some new blood break the monotony that has become the NFL, and I kick it around in the back of my head, thinking more then likely the Broncos are going to go, I'd never admit that to a soul, but then I actually sit down and watch the playoffs, and it all fucking hits me, A certain team, is still very much in it, just because they haven't scored the usual record season with only a couple losses, I haven't really paid much attention, or thought to highly about this team, that regardless of what year it is, they are always there, and no matter how much the chips are down or against them, counting them out in any form, or believing they will just roll over and take it in the ass, well it would show gigantic ignorance, and a total lack of any common sense, if I didn't fully believe, that this one team, regardless of personnel, or record, looking at the big picture, thinking that this one team in particular, couldn't put the boots down, and run this thing out, all the way to and through the Superbowl,, to not kick around that possibility, I just have to question your sense of thought, WHAT TEAM AM I REFERRING TO PEOPLE? what team could and would, while we are all fixated on the Seahawks, Doncos, Superbowl match up, just fire down the last couple games, and end up taking it all, right out from under all of us?? I never even really thought about it, until I watched the playoff games, and realized, just how fucking ignorant and retarded I have been, practically giving this Superbowl to the Hawks, and Doncs, we all know who Im talking about, and we all know, rather we want to believe or not, that they could very easily pound everyone out of this, and take the fucking ring.
