Two from the Starz gig last night:

Starz-Live At The Calderone (Dress Rehersal 1977)

Dead Elvi-A Taste Of Blood

What's the Starz like mate?Sounds very tasty.

Back in 1977, the band rented this place called the Calderone (in Long Island). They also rented sound and lighting and the band also got into their stage wear. They did this to get ready to do the first 6 weeks of the Violation tour with Bob Seger.

This is a cdr and a hand stamped c.d. Not a bad sound quality..I don't know if this is on the Starz site or not. Their was only one left and since I knew the girl selling the merch, I got it..

Airbourne - No Guts, No Glory

$9 at Walmart...I dont get the opportunity to buy too many CD's new at a retail store anymore.

Wait a minute didn't you tell me recently that you hate Airbourne?

Mmmmm, I don't think I would have used the word hate. If you were to ask me what I think of Airbourne I would say something like: They are ok, I liked a handful of tracks off Runnin' Wild. They are a little too much AC/DC for me and I won't go out of my way to track down their stuff". If I did say 'hate', then I was being a little harsh or in a very bad mood I guess.

i guess their second album is a bit flat and dry for me, but 'Running wild' is awesome, i found it to be 50% AC/DC and 50% Kix, very raw and rocks hard, totally hooked up to them on 'Runnin', but don't know why they seem to have lost the magical touch on this album

THE SCREAMING JETS - All For One

URIAH HEEP - Sonic Origami

WARRANT - D.R.F.S.R (Remastered edition w/2 Bonus Tracks)

That's some fine additions.. :beerbang:

Yeah, especially the Uriah Heep one, didn't know much about that band, and I found it excellent!

More Stuff added this week

MANOWAR - Hail To England (Russian remastered edition, outstanding quality with an OBI in Russian, never seen it before. This one seems to be legit) (replaces CD-R)

ZODIAC MINDWARP AND THE LOVE REACTION - Hoodlum Thunder

TRIBUTE TO QUEEN - The "Dragon Attack" tribute re-labeled for the Argentinian market, plus one bonus track ("We Will Rock You" performed by LA Guns)

TRIBUTE TO GUNS N ROSES - Same as above, the "Welcome To The Jungle" tribute re-labeled.
