Picked up MSG 'Perfect Timing' on cd at the local Park N Swap. Pretty ho hum except for the fact that this is the 4th copy I've found at this particular swap meet over the last three months! Didn't know that Schenker was so popular with the swap meet crowd.

Keeping up with my ecclectic-ism (cool new word, I just made up):

Jonny Lang-Lie To Me

Jonny Lang-Wander This World

Both are great albums!! I saw him play when he was 14 yrs old and was still Kid Jonny Lang and the Big Bang and you could tell he was going to leave his mark on the music world.

Me too! He is from my neck of the woods and I have seen him many times. Got a signed Kid Jonny Lang pick and a few stories from seeing him back in the day. Nice kid and an excellent guitar player. Although I will say he's no Pete Fry.....

Last night i won on ebay: Candy Harlots - The Tease Tapes

A rare demo tape that was only released through a Hot Metal magazine.

got this somewhere too. are they the same mixes that ended up on the album?

if you're after any candy harlots items let me know as I may have a few more, although someone did clean me out of most of it recently (actually i think it was in a trade for the metal shop cd).

The coolest Candy Harlots item I have is a promo soap dildo the released for promotion of 5 wicked Ways.

No they are different to the ones on the album. Theyre not very good quality productionwise, just demo quality.

Candy Harlots stuff i have:

Red Hot Rocket single (cardboard cover, not panties)

Danger CD single (limited collectiors edition)

Five Wicked Ways

Candy Harlots - Interstate Troopers #1 (live bootleg)

Candy Harlots - Live At Kardomah 1991 DVD

Candy Harlots video (has video clips for The Lady Shakes, Backstreet boys, Danger (performance only), Danger (original)

Candy Harlots - The Tease Tapes

Soap dildo huh? haha

What other CH stuff do ya have?

The one I got it actually an EP, only 4 tracks, did they have more than 1 EP? I think its really good straight ahead heavy metal.

I thought I had The Warning until I went to look and found out to my surprise I never replaced my cassette with a CD.

    • It's ok. I think people know I am a massive Crue fan, and I like a lot of stuff by them that people hate (the Generation Swine album for example) but the only newer original song I have cared about them in recent years was The Dirt. Everything else has been either meh or crap. I did also like their cover of Like a virgin, which I know a lot of peeps didn't like, so it's not like I am just craving the good old days. I would be happy if we could get a song close to Afraid, Saints of Los Angeles or the aforementioned The Dirt. I think songs like that will be few and far between sadly.
    • Have to agree. Although my expectations were that it would be absolutely horrible like Dogs of War lol. Still far away from classic Motley Crue but I at least made it all the way through this one so that's a positive. Still nothing to write home about but at least it rocks fairly well and there's a semblance of a song there.
    • Just ordered!   All three Magic Dance EPs (Another World, Kiss Scene and Haunting Me) combined into one CD. All new artwork, lyric booklet and three bonus tracks. Silver-pressed replication CD.     https://magicdance.bandcamp.com/album/magic-dance-the-eps
