It's very good stuff! Is the S/T just as good?

I just visited Metal Mayhem and it looks like he has 2 more copies left ($25) but he did raise the price by $7. One's listed on eBay for $79.99!

Lawrence..members elvis and dave are friends of mine..the third degree / s/t cd is from a different band..my friends band third degree only released 1 cd and it was its a crime..a little trivia on the third degree / its a crime cd..it was recorded in saint albans, vermont and produced by andre ( guitarist from 8084) also Dave was asked to join 8084 after their original singer (randy) left the band..who is now back in the 8084...i know Dave doesnt have but 1 of his bands cds and i bought elvis's last copy ..the guitarist (i forget his name) is the 1 who financed the production of the cd and has all the remaining originals..i was told he only has at most 5 remaining ..so it is a sob to get even around here where i live..

Only one new acquisition the last few days...

MONDAY MORNING: "Fool's Paradise"

Christian modern melodic/nu-breed in the vein of Hinder, Default, etc. Good stuff, and several of the songs are produced by John & Dino Elefante (those guys almost couldn't produce a bad album if they tried).

    • This is kind of a twofer. I just got my Pioneer VX-90 Betamax back yesterday. Cost me a fortune to get it fixed. Well worth it to have such a beast of a machine. Before that I only had low to mid tier Beta machines. I am very excited. The first tape I played was Quiet Riot: Bang Thy Head. Watching that video I found myself in awe of how awesome Quiet Riot were during those first few years. How is it possible for a band to be that awesome and have it all go so wrong so quickly? By the time I heard about Quiet Riot in the early 2000s they were basically considered a joke. Sadly, I kind of just accepted that as fact. I was a casual fan at best and never really looked much deeper than the radio hits. That was a mistake. I am lucky that I at least got to see them live a couple times. I didn't appreciate it at the time. That was really cool of Kevin and the other guys to sign my ticket stub.
    • From Bravewords... Legendary rock guitarist Jake E. Lee (Ozzy Osbourne, Badlands, Red Dragon Cartel) has issued an update after he was shot multiple times earlier this week in a Las Vegas, NV street shooting. Jake shared the following via social media: "Checking. Is this on? Been awhile since I posted here. Let’s see: "I deeply appreciate all the concern and well wishes. Makes everything going on a little better. To clarify, I was shot three times. I was on my way back home from walking my dog Coco (I didn’t name him so don’t!) Don’t want to go into details now, I’m tired, but I feel relatively very lucky. The police found 15 shell casings at the scene which means he emptied his clip on me. I could only dodge so many so one bullet went through my forearm, one through my foot, and one in the back which broke a rib and damaged a lung. Priority now is to keep draining my lung till it’s done crying. Then we can pull that tube out and concentrate on the more minor injuries. "And by the way, Coco’s fine and appreciates your inquiries!"   Police released a statement regarding the shooting, which occurred early morning on October 15. The statement reads: "Officers responded to a shooting incident in the 11000 block of Alora Street. Officers arrived and located a male victim suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. The male was transported to the hospital. No arrests have been made at this time. This is an ongoing investigation." In a statement to TMZ, Ozzy Osbourne said, “It’s been 37 years since I’ve seen Jake E. Lee, but that still doesn’t take away from the shock of hearing what happened to him today. It’s just another senseless act of gun violence. I send my thoughts to him and his beautiful daughter, Jade. I just hope he’ll be ok.” Lee played with Ozzy from 1983-1987 and was featured on the albums Bark At The Moon and The Ultimate Sin.
    • I fuckin' knew you would be the one to answer.  But you're not wrong. ;}
    • This is one of the songs Erik and Jona wrote for the next Skid Row album before he handed his notice in
    • So I have this info from a reliable inside source. There will be a new CL album at the start of 2025, and Danny is also working with Chez Kane on her third album which should come out late 2025.
    • In the mail from our old pal Stormspell: Timeless Haunt - Dark For Life Icarus Witch - Capture The Magic (2CD w/Roses on White Lace EP and bonus tracks)
    • Suck My Kiss - Red Hot Chili Peppers
    • Fear No Evil - Grim Reaper
    • Too many things to mention here.....
