Just started the new Lee Child novel 'Gone Tomorrow'

Have seen a few Lee Child novels at my local library. Any recommendations for someone wanting to start reading his novels? I'm into Forsyth, Ken Follet, Archer, Desmond Bagley etc. so I'm guessing Lee Child should be right up my alley...

You do need to start with his first novel (forget the name) as he has the character of Jack Reacher in each one.

I haven't read any bad ones and I've read several of them. Reacher's a great character IMO.

Child's a great writer, I believe the first Jack Reacher book is "Killing Floor"

I just finished rereading William Regal's "Walking A Golden Mile".

Now onto Bruce Campbell's "If Chins Could Kill: Confessions of a B Movie Actor". Pretty good so far.

i really loved 'if chins could kill'. good stuff. I am going to track down the Bon Scott book, looks like a good one. as far as other reading material goes, i got 20 sleazy paperback novels from the give away store the other day in Deadwood, so i am picking my way through those. I also just recently finished Memoirs Of A Geisha. good as well.

Just finished reading the book "The last Kingdom" by Bernard Cornwell. About the danish vikings raiding England in the 9th century. Gruesome !!!

Great book, though ! Need to buy the follow-up "The white Rider".

Joe Haldeman - Peace and War. It's a trilogy of books in one volume, the original in the series "The Forever War" I read years and years ago and is one of my fave Sci Fi books. The follow ups I never read...but now I have the chance (evil cackle!)
