I ordered it from the Metal Skool website--http://metalskool.com/media.php. Got it in about a week.

 

Just be aware that it's been re-released as "Metal Skool" not "Metal Shop" and track 10 is different. On the original the track was "Metal Shop" and on the re-release it's replaced with a cover of "Cleveland Rocks" (which they called "Cleveland Roxx"). The other tracks are the same though.
