No.....not too techno. Just disappointed with the whole package.

 

There are NO lyrics......which is a MUST HAVE for me. I know a LOT of people collaborated on this.......but it doesn't say who is doing what on which song.

 

Tommy's vocals are too whiny. or something

 

Overall it is a nice......middle of the road disc. Not rockin'. Not a total snooze. But still.....not what I was hoping for.

A mega package delivered this morning. A few have been out a few weeks (Journey, Stryper) but am playing catch up because of Holidays etc. This whole package covers pretty much every style of music i'm into in one huge blast. Something for everyone I think from Suvern, AOR,MR & Prog

 

Doc Holliday - ..Rides Again + 2 (One of my alltime fave Suvern albums,Fab Remastering + bonus tracks)

 

Coney Hatch - S/T (Great Canadian band & a true 'Classic'. Again, Have the original, but got this for the bonus tracks & fab Remastering which are a great addition)

 

Surrender - Better Later Than Never (Had to find out what all the fuss was about - Be prepared, be VERY prepared, to be blown away)

 

Tantrum - Triple Pack (Have the original Rather Be Rockin' vinyl, but these remastered versions of all 3 albums are a must for the late 70's early 80's AOR fan)
