Texas Chainsaw Massacre ... the remake (not the beginning one) was okay but preferred the original as it had that pervading feeling of desolation and was a lot more abrupt/unexpected with the storyline ...also the remake had a few cliches like the old arms drag you thru the door/wall thing which has been overdone and felt a little "Hollywood". Having said that Wendy jumped a few times which had me reaching for the jigsaw (haven't got a chainsaw...just a jigsaw of one).

NEXT - wow, did not see that ending. not a fantastic movie but worth a watch if you are just looking for something to watch and not looking for something specific.

28 Weeks Later - I liked this. don't remember a whole lot about the first to compare the 2 but I did like it. don't know if I would want to own it or not though

I just watched TRANSFORMERS.

Not a bad movie. It had some great action scenes but some of the dialogue, especially the machines talking, was pretty stupid IMO. But overall an entertaining 2 hours.

CINDERELLA MAN.

While this movie is a little slow at times I do think it is great movie. It's a true story about a boxer in the 20's and 30's struggling in the deppresion to make ends meet for his family. It has some great acting from Paul Giamatti, Russell Crowe, and Renne Zellweger. There's also some great boxing scenes too.

I also just watched Transformers. I didn't like it that much. For me it was hard to tell them apart when they were fighting. I had to ask my son, "Who is that" pretty much most of the movie. He liked it though. haha
