"New Horizon" by the Austrian melodic heavy metal/hard rock band Speed Limit is about breaking out of habits and ruts, looking beyond the horizon, reinventing oneself, and letting go of the past. Released as a single from their current album "Cut A Long Story Short," this song serves as a musical boost of motivation. Released on May 3, 2024, the accompanying EP is an audiovisual addition to Speed Limit's discography. -
Saw new single Living Proof is dropping Friday. While I've not liked most of what they've done the past 10-12 years, the snippet of Living Proof sounds pretty promising to me. At least it's more of a rock song and the talk box could conjure up some classic vibes. -

Just watching the recent documentary. Jon is going through a load of audio tapes for the archives, so maybe there will be another box set at some point. -

I like this band, and have their previous releases, but unfortunately, this new stuff isn’t doing much for me. I may pick the album up though and see if it’s a grower. 🤔 -
They're not bad and gettin' better with every release but still just not for me atm..I see their new album "Call Me What You Want" is out next week.

I enjoyed the "Rock Is Alive" disc so i'll most likely pick this up also.
