AC/DC win this poll, but there wasn't much in all the albums to be honest.

Back In Black (Metal Rendez-Vous is a hell of a disc though)

For Those About To Rock (Just - Again Hardware is excellent and close on it's heels)

Headhunter

Blow Up Your Video

Ball Breaker

Black Ice

Easiest poll ever.

Most people here know my dislike for all things AC/DC. One of the most over-rated rock bands of all time.

Krokus on the other hand...one of the more under-rated rock bands of all time. "Metal Rendez-Vous" being in my top 5 releases of all time.

Needless to say... KROKUS in all accounts.

You guys are crazy. AC/DC is awesome, pound for pound the best pure hard rock band. Ever.

Krokus is a jokus. (Screaming in the Night is the only song I ever liked by them. Everything else was just a Swiss miss.)

Clean sweep.

A bit of a mix for me..both bands have some great albums and both have some average albums. Overall ACDC is the better band.

I don't even have to place any votes... AC/DC across the board for me... never was much of a Krokus fan

Krokus? Really? Krokus?

Yes...really.

A lot of people refer to Krokus as the Swiss version of AC/DC, hence my reasoning behind pitting them against each other. :sm164::brutal_36:

Yeah, I see the connectin but I must say I'm shocked Krokus has gotten so many votes. I guess Krokus to me is what Poison is to some others.

AC/DC is the soundtrack to a million Friday nights.

Krokus is the replacement band at the Bern Ramada Inn.

I seriously can't believe Headhunter is tied with Flick Of The Switch, Headhunter IMO is one of the all time classic metal albums and should be winning that poll hands down.

I've never heard "Headhunter" but "Flick of the Switch" is one badass rock album IMO.

    • So some may remember that Tyketto toured recently and aside from Forever Young, I never delved into this band. So I did, so I'd know the songs in concert and was blown away. A great band with an awesome catalog that I had missed out on. To be fair, in the 80's it was a lot harder to access and find out about a lot of the more fringe bands, that's my excuse anyway. So I now am faced with digging deeper into some other bands I've overlooked. Some of these I gave a go, and wasn't really impressed, but now I'm starting fresh with an open mind. So below is a list of bands I have eitehr never bothered with, or never really gave a proper go. Lizzy Borden is on the list and I have done a bit of their stuff and like it a lot, so I will definately dig deeper into them (I've got some older stuff and some newer stuff, but have skipped quite a few albums) But the others, fire away, tell me which bands have killer material that I'll froth and how stppid I've been to skip them. • I like the album art. I love when contemporary Glam Metal bands have album art with a genuine 80s vibe to it.
    • Nope, for a while, I used to think Rapunzel from Tangled (2010) was hot... But then I stopped being attracted to cartoon characters.
    • This is definitely the first time I've heard about it, I'll have to give it a listen!
