I think the last truly great Wimbledon final I can remember was Rafter vs. Ivanisavic. Heartbreaker for me because aside from being Aussie I always liked Rafter regardless, and wanted so badly for him to win. BUT, Ivanisavic was always my favourite non-Aussie player of all time and on the other hand I was happy for him that he won, but crushed for Rafter. Either way, that game was off the charts. Amazing match.

The shitty first ones are easy to get for pocket change... it's only since they became good that their CDs are hard to pick up. Wow mate, I have a complete opposite view when it comes to these guys. I thought the first few albums were so bland it hurt to listen to them. The last two are actually good quality slabs of hard rock, imo.

Yep I quite liked the sound of this too, have this coming anyday now. The vocals are a bit suspect, but some cool hooks.... There better be a thread somewhere here on these guys - never even heard the name before.

It really is. The opening riff is sensational and I actually really, really dig this song. Should have made the CD. How can you not love a song that opens, 'Fuck yeah, we fuckin' rock, we love girls that suck our cocks...' These guys are fucking brilliant. backed awesome song.........esp when he screams 'I want to see you naked'.....and that solo kicks in. Haven't you 'grown out' of this lot yet mate! No cos it kicks my arse everytime I listen to it.....more so than any other release this year to be honest. That's why I don't get why it's not on top of your list, mate. There are some great discs from this year but I'm same as you - nothing even comes close to comparing to this. I've spun it 10 times more than the rest of the CDs from 2009 combined and everytime I finish I want to put it back in. In my honest opinion, there's no other contender. These clowns who "grow out" of excellent music should get back to their top 40 countdown and enjoy what's hot for this week before they grow out of that too.

Spinning the new album, 'Off The Deep End' at the moment. It is very poppy - almost bordering on Busted type of stuff at times. But I don't know, I'm liking it so far. Only up to 'Suicide Sunday' so far but that song is a f*cking cracker.

Yeah, I agree mate. I grew up with tennis and I prefer the game of about a decade ago by so much. There used to be so many good players, so many good contests. The players out there these days are freakishly good, but nowhere near as interesting to watch. And the female side of tennis is a trainwreck.

Wow, real nice find here, mate. 'Fake the moment' and 'Asleep at the wheel' sound awesome. I like that. They actually remind me a lot of Diffuser - quiet verses and monster choruses. I'll be looking forward to a release from these guys.

What's the story with this CD? Had this one for ages and always loved it. It's come to a time where I need to know more about it. The copy I have doesn't have a date on it and the insert is just a single double sided thing. Details are sparse. Anyone know if this the only kind of copy floating around, or is there a full booklet etc? Anyway, not too concerned about that. The main site says it was released in 1995. So anyone knows if this was recorded in 1995 or was it a few years earlier? It's got a great production job and some pretty beefy riffs too. No doubt there are a couple of fillers, but you'd be hard pressed to not love stuff like 'Maryanne', 'Waiting for You', 'Fantasy' or the monster title track. Anyway, what happened to these guys? Does anyone in the band have any other projects? The vocalist has a really great voice on him. What do people know about these guys?
