Hedley - s/t ; seriously, does every SR-71 have this perfection? Essential and as good a CD as SR-71 could have released themselves in 2006. :) Love it.

Casanova - Casanova (Thanks Cream of Wheat)

I just listened to that one yesterday......great album.

I love this cd. Love Lies is just about the best ballad ever.

Yeah it's great, I wish I had an original copy of that album.

The bit about the album being perfect and 'Love lies' being the best song ever - Backed x 3.

Pride Of Lions - The Roaring Of Dreams

This is a pretty damned good disc - I don't like the first 3 tracks that much, but it is pretty consistent throughout after those. 'Language Of The Heart' is great and I also like the more Westcoasty tracks like 'Secret Of The Way & Astonish You'. Tall Ships is good even the 'Fog Horn'!!:

Yeah have seen a few less-than-complimentary comments on this album but I think it's awesome. Hitchcock signs his arse off. I actually don't like the songs you mentioned though, "Secrets of the Way" & "Astonish You" don't have big enough hooks for my tastes, but I liked all of the first 3 tracks! "Tall Ships" & "Turnaround" are great tunes, but "Language of the Heart" is absolute AOR heaven...
