Haha, sorry to disappoint, but knowing my latest filing methods, they'll be in 'T' for 'The.' I can ruin the surprise, though, and tell you non of them will rate above mid-70% as far as I can see. I can't wait to get to Poison, personally.

 

I was meant to say of that bunch yesterday, that Perfect World album was kind of one of the best, but is more or less one step above demo quality in terms of production. Man it sounds like shit.

That Perennial album is very nice indeed, if only for Your The Ones, however the entire album is quite solid.

 

 

I think they're the songs I like most, too. The older stuff is pretty weak, though. I like their sound, but overall, a lot of the time I was just left searching for the chorus. More songs than not on that compilation actually seriously do not have a chorus or strong hook. It actually got to me, because otherwise they're pretty cool.

Is there an album on earth that just needs to be completely re-recorded more than PC69's debut? If it doesn't sound too stupid, they need to keep all the original guitar parts (which are just brilliant) and just redo everything else... oh, and chop off 3 of the 4 obvious fillers too. The tin can drums and Deris' awful vocals at times injure a really great album. If only they had recorded it with the production qualities of the at-times-killer 'One size fits all.'

Pretty average day overall, subjecting myself to the ugly half of Poison's extremely lopsided discography. 'Native Tongue,' Pole Position's debut and Poley's solo debut were the best here, with a few good tunes on the Pokerface one too:
