I don't really get it. Back in the heyday record labels would have stood in line to get the disc released. Nowadays?

 

It's all good though, more money to the artist I guess. Or maybe they're going down the same route as Loudguns (believe me, I have some background info on this) and only sell it through the channels of their own. No major players involved.

Contrary to the 6 track EP available through that link, there's actually a 10 track album of the same name available on the net on some download sites... anyone know if this is the album that will be released, or will the new album be all new songs?

Pretty good, mate. If you liked the last disc you'll probably dig this one - but not as much. I guess this one's a little less melodic/AOR than the last one and a bit more typical 80's rock more like something like Van Halen / David Lee Roth perhaps? It's solid, but won't blow your mind or anything.
