Even though Tim Feehan's version came out after Chicago's, he actually wrote the song. I guess his version would still be considered the cover. Very similar,  but Tim's is by far the superior version.

You mean you don't like country girl and naked in the rain:o

Just listened to them, and.... nope

Sorry, not a big fan of Ronnie's voice.

When it comes to DIO covers, it's hard to go past this guy. I think i've mentioned it before, but JORN seems to have three voices. His DIO voice, his Coverdale voice and his own. This is a great album.

Mr. Overland again. Possibly one of the best covers I've ever heard. It maintains the feel of the original while at the same time being completely different. Definitely my favourite Ozzy song. I'm not sure why they even attempted to cover it the way they did but I  think they nailed it.

Man, this is not an Ozzy song. It was written by Overland/P. Soussan when they were in Wildlife. Ozzy liked it and demanded credits to include it in U.Sin. Easily, though, my 2nd favorite Ozzy tune after Secret Loser.

Well there ya go. I guess the Ozzy version was a cover. Interesting.

    • It's ok. I think people know I am a massive Crue fan, and I like a lot of stuff by them that people hate (the Generation Swine album for example) but the only newer original song I have cared about them in recent years was The Dirt. Everything else has been either meh or crap. I did also like their cover of Like a virgin, which I know a lot of peeps didn't like, so it's not like I am just craving the good old days. I would be happy if we could get a song close to Afraid, Saints of Los Angeles or the aforementioned The Dirt. I think songs like that will be few and far between sadly.
    • Have to agree. Although my expectations were that it would be absolutely horrible like Dogs of War lol. Still far away from classic Motley Crue but I at least made it all the way through this one so that's a positive. Still nothing to write home about but at least it rocks fairly well and there's a semblance of a song there.
    • Just ordered!   All three Magic Dance EPs (Another World, Kiss Scene and Haunting Me) combined into one CD. All new artwork, lyric booklet and three bonus tracks. Silver-pressed replication CD.     https://magicdance.bandcamp.com/album/magic-dance-the-eps
    • Stumbled upon these guys on the Instagrams. Pretty good mix of Modern Rock and Metal with blazing guitars and heavy double-bass drums, and Pop Punk-style vocals.
    • Well... I just jizzed in my pants.  I'm so glad these guys aren't a one-and-done act. Looking forward to much more music, hopefully.
    • Great album upon first few spins..I mean how good/catchy is the track "Lets Go Rent A Video" especially for those of us who actually remember doing that lol
