Will likely pick this album up when it drops. Liked the last one but despite my affection for exCompany of Wolves guitarist Steve Conte I was a little concerned with the absence of Ginger Wildheart on the cover. No worries if the rest of the album mirrors this song. Great stuff and great vid, too!

I think the bonus track on Bust was a cover of The Ocean. Wouldn't be the 1st time I've been wrong though.

I felt the Japanese Best of Dokken disc did a credible job of showcasing the band. I started with that compilation, tweaked it slightly, added 2 songs and never really waded into the newer Dokken era too much. Heaven&Hell said it best: truly one of our genre's most talented acts. Nearly impossible for me. My best of compilation is 2 cdrs (160 minutes) and it doesn't even include Forever More. And glancing back over everyone else's lists I see i've omitted a boatload of great tunes from mine. Here's my attempt at 18 in no particular order: Cummin' Atcha Live Modern Day Cowboy Gettin' Better Love Song Had Enough Last Action Hero Steppin' Over Party's Over Edison's Medicine Freedom Slaves EZ Come EZ Go (the song that turned them on to me. Was actually looking for the Winger version but picked up Mechanical figuring it was these guys who did it). Can't Stop Rock Me to the Top Paradise Mama's Fool Come to Me Got No Glory What You Give No love for Last Action Hero? Man, I love that one! These guys need to release a new disc asap!

Never really followed them beyond No Fuel which I really like and am astonished at how many discs they actually have. Who's TPOH? Here in Canada that's The Pursuit of Happiness.

??????? Ripping people off and I don't mean the fucking band, by trying to pass off bootlegs as original cd's is criminal. That behaviour has NOTHING to do with enjoying music. End of story. Agreed. Let the collector decide. If he/she decides a bootleg or cdr is alright by them, so be it. But so many of these sellers are attempting to pass off fakes as the real deal by not being forthcoming with their product descriptions or outright lying. Not cool.

Finally grabbed this one and after one spin from start to finish, I can't say my opinion of it has changed from the 1.5 minute samples on Itunes. BoysLikeBoyBands. Zero punch. Never paid close attention to the writing credits on their first two discs but I immediately noticed every track on this one features Martin Johnson (vocalist) and a boatload of outside writers who seemed to be targeting mass appeal on the soft rock radio stations. Still like enough tunes on it to warrant a place in my collection but huge letdown nonetheless. Better luck next time?

Whipped track Big Dictionary is the point of reference and I think it's funny as hell. Never seen them live so I can't say whether it's been done before or not. But who cares?
