  1. Every Avenue has been mentioned in the past. If not by me, definitely Geoff. Great band within that genre. Have they released anything beyond those two discs? They did a faithful version of Eddie Money's Take Me Home Tonight for some compilation but I kinda lost track of them after that.
  2. Jack Russell sounded great, and Phil Lewis killed it, too, at M3. Great to hear. Really looking forward to this. Have never seen either of the 4 bands on the bill live. I thought Russell and co. sounded great from the clips of them performing to 8 people after that arena football game.

    NFL Draft 2014

I'm a Browns fan so automatically I know everything Cleveland touches will wither up and die. Hell, my Trent Richardson jersey is gathering cobwebs in my walk in. I thought for sure he would be the face of the Browns for years to come. WRONG!! Honestly, don't know a lot about Gilbert but I certainly wasn't excited by the Manziel selection. I'll be pulling for him but won't be the least bit surprised if he becomes the latest in a long long line of draft busts.
  4. Winger, Warrant, Jack Russell's Great White and what I am assuming is the Phil version of LA Guns Saturday May 17 in Fargo, ND.
  5. I like this song and agree he needs to release something post haste.
  6. Is the deluxe version worth getting or should I stick to the regular release?
  7. Read both Blotzer's and Pearcy's books. Neither impressed me. Something tells me the two of them are extremely difficult to get along with. If Blotz was the sole problem why wouldn't the rest of the band send him packing and carry on with the voice of Ratt. There is no legit Ratt unless Pearcy is fronting them, regardless of the current state of his vocals. Blotzer knows this and loathes the fact Pearcy steers the ship.
  8. One of my all time favorite bands. Haven't come across a disappointing release from them yet and anxiously await this one.
  9. In Wire was atrocious overall but I really like the Blind Melonish track Red Moon.
  10. I like it! Might have to give the rest of this a spin.
  11. Checking out The Cult in San Diego April 5.
  12. Really like this one. Nice acoustic ballad.
  13. Incredible! Always loved Living Colour and Glover sounds as powerful as ever!
  14. $16.24 plus shipping on Amazon Canada. Ouch! I will be getting it regardless.
  15. Like it and imagine the entire album will be killer.
  16. Steep price tag but I can't resist. Really like these guys and frankly, I'm just happy it got a physical release at all.
  17. Huge fan of B.A.D. Really looking forward to this and praying it is a physical release. Their In the Beginning cd as the Persuaders is incredible. Anyone who hasn't heard it yet needs to find it asap!
  18. Like that one. Is this cd worth picking up for $10?
  19. Sad. Huge fan of Cry of Love and Holland's vocals in particular. Had the privilege of seeing them live. Shame there isn't more out there featuring Holland.
  20. I like that song. Only heard the King's X self titled album recently. Didn't hate it but didn't blow my mind either. I would check this out. This the same Ray Luzier who played with DLR? Sounds like a beast on this track!
  21. I'll be buying this. The album is called Give 'Em Hell so the cover works for me although a little obvious. For some reason, I get RJD when I look at it.
  22. Loved Karma and didn't mind IV either. Really looking forward to this.
  23. No argument there. 1987 is all about Sykes and his chemistry with Coverdale and I, too, would have liked to hear more from that incarnation of Whitesnake. That said, I actually prefer Slip of the Tongue and the Vandenberg cowrites that make it up. Over time 1987 has really narrowed the gap, but I still play Slip more.
