If I ever got a tattoo it would have to have a lot of meaning. There are only two things I can think of that would ever make me get one. The first would be Rozy Coyote. I don't know why, but I've just always thought it would be cool. The other would be Mello Yello. I love that drink like you could never know. I do realize that I would feel really silly having that on my arm 10-20+ years down the road. The stuff is pretty much history already. Nobody will know what the hell it is by then.

So what were some of the big sellers at Rocklahoma? I'm assuming XYZ and Pretty Boy Floyd moved a ton of merch.

I really would like to go. As things fall into place we'll see where I stand. Things are starting to become clearer. There always seems to tons o' hoops to jump through in life, but what fun would life be without them?

Was that directed at me? That is my favorite song of all time. You can't deny its greatness.

I remembered how much I hate that song Feel Like Making Love. I hate the original and I hate the Dangerous Toys version too. That song just flat out sucks.

At what point do you tell Ebay to stick it? If I sold a lot of items on Ebay and they were making me needlessly jump through hoops I think I would go elsewhere. I've been going else where for the things I want to buy. I would like to look else where to sell what few items I have. I'm just waiting for a concensus to tell me the best Ebay replacement.

I voted for Warrant and their first three albums. I've heard Native Tongue and it was wretched. I haven't heard the rest so I just voted that.

Thanks for bringing this back to the top so I could vote for Ratt. Hands down it's Ratt for me. Ratt epitomizes everything I love about 80's rock. Detonator is a masterpiece and Out Of The Cellar is a great release too. Even on the releases that weren't as great there were still good songs. Dokken is excellent live, but most recorded material just doesn't seem to capture my attention as much as it needs to. So it's an easy choice for me.

As soon as I read the news I thought about this thread. I have to say that I can in no way, shape, or form support Tracii's version now. At least with Paul Black they could claim to have some legitimacy since he was the singer before Phil Lewis. This version is just Tracii, his son, and random musicians. LA Guns has become the saddest story of a band to come out of the 80's. It's like a bad reality show that just won't stop.

I'm going to have to mention Vengeance- Rock N' Roll Shower. That's one of the dumbest songs I have ever heard. That Horse With No Name song pisses me off too. I wasn't too happy when I downloaded some Kik Tracee rarities and that song was included. I can't believe they could cover such a crappy song. I also must say that I hate The Wizard Of Oz. Not so much for the music, but the movie as a whole. Kudos to Fat Freddy for speaking the truth.

When it comes to things like this I try to stick with a real store. I'm just glad I bought my 160 GB drive from Amazon. You can trust a store like Amazon and not have to worry about getting screwed over. I've had it stuck to me multiple times on Ebay, but never for that much.

speed demon does this release have the tracks you sent me? If so I really need to get it. It's a shame I'm about to hit a financial crunch. I'm saving for a car and Rocklahoma is coming up. This one might get put on the back burner for a while. Will this cd be in production for a while? I would hate to miss it.

Since Pair-A-Dice is on Retrospect does that mean we will see a re-release of Lancia? I've been listening to some mp3's of that band and they're spectacular. I also would like to say that I'm very much appreciative of Retrospect being at Rocklahoma. I can't wait to hang out with Oney and Nasty Nasty. Sometimes it pays to be a fan .

Can't say I really have. I met Way Cool Jr. at Rocklahoma, but she's more of a Sleaze Roxx person. I'm more than likely going to this years fest so if anyone else decides to go please let me know. I'm sure we can meet up there. Some of you went and didn't let me know or else we could have met up last year. If not for Rocklahoma I probably wouldn't have a chance to meet any of ya. I still find it strange that Tim lives in T-town and I've yet to meet him. Ah well, that's just the way it goes.

I've always hated Metallica. Megadeth has been my band. That's not really my point and I don't want to start that debate up again. I guess what I am trying to say is that is it possible I could be wrong? Did I write Metallica off wrongly based on what's on the radio? If so would looking at pre Black albums be a good place to start? Everything I heard off of Black sucked. If you're curious, I'm trying to expand my horizons a bit.

There goes one more reason to watch tv. At the rate the networks are going I won't have a reason to watch tv within a couple years.

I'm one of the nicest and easiest going guys you'll ever meet . It's just that it pisses me the hell off when music snobs in mags try to tell me that I'm stupid for liking the music I like. They act like they're the only ones that know anything. Every issue they tell us we should go out and buy the newest alternacrap/emo/rap/flavor of the day release because it's the best record ever. Some of that stuff just disappears no matter how hard they push it because it sucks. I remember how much they tried to push The Yeah Yeah Yeahs and that band just never went anywhere. Even after the band failed to achieve anything substantial praise, awards, etc were still being thrown their way. You never see a mention of any bands like Crashdiet who are on the rise. The only time you see a mention of glam bands is when it's an insult. The political views in music mags makes me angry too. One issue of Rolling Stone I read just made up a bunch of crap to try and brainwash those easily swayed to the liberal agenda. They should be ashamed of themselves. No one ever calls them on it so they will continue to do so. The stupid thing is that politics shouldn't even be a part of music mags. If people want to read about politics they should pick up Time or one of those type mags. The whole thing is a heap of garbage. I don't need their useless musical tastes to guide me or their tainted political views.

It saddens me that with as bad as television has become when a truely great show comes along people just ignore it. At this point in time only Lost and Jericho even register as must watch shows. I've just started watching Dexter. It's about the only new show (new as in I don't have cable) I can watch with my schedule. It looks pretty good so far. As more shows like Jericho gets axed I find myself drawn further away from TV. There is no reason for me to keep watching if they take good shows off and replace it with garbage reality shows. I would rather watch a good old show like Kojak. Guys like Telly show just how far entertainment has fallen. 30 years after Kojak there is barely a hint of the type characters that made tv great. Jericho had the same type of characters and it's about to go. It's enough to break your heart.

There is no such thing as a Sleaze Glam magazine or I would subscribe. I have no reason to buy any music mags currently out there. I don't need a know nothing telling me my music is crap and that I should love what they tell me to. Every time I read a mag it makes me want to break someones face.

You mean that body does nothing for you? Or the way she handles herself as a lover? Everytime I see her I want her in my mouth. Do you dislike the girl you know? Does she have my address? I like the girl perfectly fine. It's just that I'm not attracted to her. I used to like Amy Reid a bit. Then I started to notice how much she looked and talked like the girl I know. The more that became clear I just couldn't look at her stuff the same way.
