I was chatting with Kelly Keeling two weekends ago and he hates that album. He would not really elaborate why but he said that of all the 30 something albums he has recorded on, everyone mentions that one to him. I of course, told him I really like the album

That's a shame that he hates it. Like yourself I really like that one too.

There's so many great songs on that one and it should of had a few hits IMO.

Kelly's voice sounds great on that one too.

Why would he hate it? Its great! Very similar to the debut BR album - and both are great!

Why would he hate it? Its great! Very similar to the debut BR album - and both are great!

I have to say I could fully understand it. I don't hate the album, but it's so bored and tired sounding. The Ponti melodies and style of song writing is just horrid and way too over-used.

 

The debut sounded fresh and delicious... the second album was just bland, imo.
