Kenai - Hail The Escapist ; very glad to finally get this on CD - very cool modern rock/metal disc from 2010 in the style of early SOTY.

Estrella - 'Come out to play' ; wow, what the hell do you say about the first 5 tracks on this one?! Opener is a nice hard rocker, the 2nd song - the title track - is a contender for worst piece of shit song I've heard in 2012. Truly absolutely dreadful and reason enough to discard the band eternally for naming their album after such a terrible song. 3rd song is another piece of throwaway crap. 4th song is a really nice piece of AOR/melodic rock. 5th track is another good melodic rocker. Guess we'll see how it ends up, but jeez it's a mixed bag so far...

Yeah, I listened to a few tracks online and thought it sounded really good, but having had a few plays through on my iPod, I think buying it was a mistake...
