That is insane, if completely random. How fucked up. Glad to hear he’s doing okay, and wishing him a speedy and as they say, full recovery.

It was just a clever use of words and I can't decide if it's funny or not.

Probably funny.

There may be someone out there who don't get it.

;)

"Probably funny"...  I'll take it.

I didn't get it at first. I thought, "So? Does that make it his fault?"

From Bravewords...

Legendary rock guitarist Jake E. Lee (Ozzy Osbourne, Badlands, Red Dragon Cartel) has issued an update after he was shot multiple times earlier this week in a Las Vegas, NV street shooting. Jake shared the following via social media:

"Checking. Is this on? Been awhile since I posted here. Let’s see:

"I deeply appreciate all the concern and well wishes. Makes everything going on a little better. To clarify, I was shot three times. I was on my way back home from walking my dog Coco (I didn’t name him so don’t!) Don’t want to go into details now, I’m tired, but I feel relatively very lucky. The police found 15 shell casings at the scene which means he emptied his clip on me. I could only dodge so many so one bullet went through my forearm, one through my foot, and one in the back which broke a rib and damaged a lung. Priority now is to keep draining my lung till it’s done crying. Then we can pull that tube out and concentrate on the more minor injuries.

"And by the way, Coco’s fine and appreciates your inquiries!"

Police released a statement regarding the shooting, which occurred early morning on October 15.

The statement reads: "Officers responded to a shooting incident in the 11000 block of Alora Street. Officers arrived and located a male victim suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. The male was transported to the hospital. No arrests have been made at this time. This is an ongoing investigation."

In a statement to TMZ, Ozzy Osbourne said, “It’s been 37 years since I’ve seen Jake E. Lee, but that still doesn’t take away from the shock of hearing what happened to him today. It’s just another senseless act of gun violence. I send my thoughts to him and his beautiful daughter, Jade. I just hope he’ll be ok.”

Lee played with Ozzy from 1983-1987 and was featured on the albums Bark At The Moon and The Ultimate Sin.

It's interesting that amongst the hail of gunfire, Coco was unharmed.

I think Coco had something to do with it.

I never trusted that dog.

That's right... I'm doubling down Motherfuckers.

    • I get that and I've done that too. But I also like creating an anthem which I feel could chart.  For example this. Tried to create a boy band like song but with a rap and street urban styled - I love it and lyrics are great.  https://suno.com/song/f726cc65-11c3-48d0-a1b5-ecdeb748f63e
    • Yeah, I noticed you using goth a bit too, but the results not sounding overly goth the way I imagine it, but actually providing a pretty cool result. I might even plug it in soon for a test.  Haha, I like the idea of your part II album. I am generally trying to keep one version of each song so that becomes "the" song, but I do have a couple of versions of some of the ones that were too good to dismiss.  All that said, I am no covering all my tunes to get a licensable version. Having a lot of issues, lol, but the process is on.  Yeah, when I discovered the site I put in a few AI lyrics but that only gave me a few minutes of joy as I had no connection to the songs. I don't know if I mentioned it in my first post in this thread, but that's why I played with Suno initially, and then forgot about it for months, until I came back when I saw you could use your own lyrics.  Most videos you see on youtube are all with people using AI lyrics and that is totally cool for whatever people enjoy, but I'm the same, mate, if I'm not using my own lyrics the longevity isn't there for me at all. As terrible as they are, lol, all my songs are of personal relevance to me - those older ones, I regret to say, too, lol. Not to say each song is based squarely on my life, but even the random fictitious and/or embellished ones are from my own stupid mind. The writing lyrics and seeing the song come to life is what I get a kick out of most with this whole thing.
