Big Leppard fan and they've been my favorite band for 40 years....

But this is a huge no from me.

To me this pales in comparison to the original version of the song and feels pretty pointless.

I'd guess the orchestration might work better for me with some of the ballads that are on the tracklist.

But this will be a pass for me similar to the YEAH album.  I don't want to hear them doing covers and don't want to hear them sounding like a Broadway production.

Did they use the original vocal tracks? Sure sounds like it.

It does indeed sound like Joe’s original vocals. I wonder if that’s been done with the entire album?

I read an interview somewhere that said they used original vocal tracks for some of it and also recorded some new vocals for parts also.

My guess is most of the main vocals are probably the original tracks and they just mixed in some new vocals in spots that might've needed it.

First thing i notoced was that it soulds like one of those disections hows where the isolate the vocal s and guitars etc at different points.
Soulds like original vox being played to by the ochestra.
I listened from the start again and the vocals really don't match the music, they are too fast and not drawn out enough to match the music.
Don't like.
