Only thing that sticks out a bit in that list is the Boulevard album but I believe you have some creepy interest in that band so I'll accept it.

I do my list in a pdf note on my phone & then copy & paste.

That blvd album has become a favourite of mine and is just classy laid back AOR.....it's my go to chill out album.

Destine - Forevermore should be higher than Illuminate. probably a few places higher. Almost perfect pop/rock

Interesting question....

I'd say for me that my band of the decade is H.e.a.t.  They've just been on another level for me and they really were responsible for heightening my interest in the European bands.

I'm not sure what my top 10 albums are but H.e.a.t would probably have the top 2 with Tearing Down the Walls and Address The Nation.

The rest of my top 10 would be some combination of albums from Crazy Lixx, Midnite City, Pretty Maids,  Eclipse and the Defiants.  These bands have all basically had my top 1 or 2 albums yearly over the past 8-10 years so they'd surely make up my top 10 of the decade.

One thing that does strike me is that over the last 10 years there have been a lot of really good albums and many many of these bands struggle to fill a pub. Finally going to see Romeo's Daughter next month and I bet they don't get 200 there. Sad.

The list of sleaze roxx is very close to my liking (except of course the atrocity sitting on 1st place, the owner of the page probably is sitting in a box of those vinyls...)  in 5-6 albums.
