85% for Kix? Wowser. I rated Night By Night less than that. That said, I rated Kix 64%.

KIX is awesome. Not Midnite Dynamite, Blow My Fuse, or Hot Wire awesome, but still pretty damn good.

Oh man.... you HAVE to get the S/T and Get Used To It discs. Absolutely STELLAR!!! They lost me a little on their 3rd disc Pain, but overall, a great discography.

 

And a sidenote, Brian from KIX is also lead guitarist of Rhino Bucket today. Their original guitarist (Greg Fields) is now a successful producer.

Nice list mate....I do like NXN, but not sure about the best disc of the year......also that A or K looks well out of place, but I seem to be odd one out for not rating that one too highly.

More than half I have not listened to. NXN, I still can't get into. Vega, I'll never understand. And I better find that Ammunition disc under the tree this Christmas, or I'm gonna be pissed I waited all this time for nothing.

I was pleasantly surprised by this band - it even made me go back and listen to their album from a couple of years ago too. Both are slightly patchy, but have some good stuff on 'em. The problem is the production / mix is weak on both discs. I gave the new disc a solid 77% and it's lodged in my top 50... but top 10? Face of Karpet, you're tripping a bit there.

White Widdow really doesn't float my boat. No where near Vega. Harem Scarem or Angels and Kings for me. Glad many of the rest of you enjoy it. Hell In The Club. Now that's more like it.
