What tv shows, with hopefully the original cast, mortallity permitting, would you like to see again ?

I'd like to see "Married With Children" for a laugh, and the Sci-Fi series "V",cos in this age of C.G.I. would,I think, look stunning.....

Joel Gretsch (4400) was also in the Taken miniseries from a few years back

i wanna see a new Star Trek series based on the original!!! either like the new movie or the 60s one, im not fussy :)

Alias Smith and Jones would be a good one aswell, and a remake of M*A*S*H although pointless and hard to pull off properly, would be interesting..

also looking forward to The Prisoner remake!!!

I'd like to see:

1) Nowhere Man brought back and at least ended! Great show and it amazes me how ahead of its time this show was.

2) Parker Lewis Can't Lose. (Would someone get me all the episodes on DVD!)

3) Erie Indiana! Simply awesome another gem way ahead of its time.

4) Pete and Pete, yea I know it was a Nickelodeon show, but it frickin' rules!

5) Quantum Leap

6) Amazing Stories

7) The Tick

There are plenty of others, but those are it right now, today!

'Ren & Stimpy'

'Eek the Cat'

'Beavis and Butthead'

'Seinfeld'

'Dawnson's Creek' - yeah, I went there.

'Temptation Island' - f*ck me dead I miss this show.

Seriously, any of those old Aaron Spelling shows like 'Models Inc', 'Savannah' or any of the thousands there were. Trash as all f*ck, but I was always thoroughly entertained by them. It pisses me off that Channel 10 in Australia already cancelled the new '90210' and every time I see some pay TV somewhere there are all these awesome like-minded shows which don't even get a start on free-to-air TV anymore.

This is easy.

Twin Peaks - Some of the greatest characters in the history of television.

Mystery Science Theater 3000 - My favorite show of all time. Bar none.

Saint Elsewhere - A hospital drama with excellent story arcs and biting dialogue.

Police Squad - How did this show not become a cult classic?

and finally:

The original Headbangers Ball - When MTV mattered.

I'm not sure about that because after all who can do long division?

Now if they did a tv show about College level Algebra then count me in.

i have hopes for this one judging by the impact that the new film made on the box office, the most succesful trek outing in history

i just hope its better than Enterprise if it happens....i'd be hyped if it was a remake of the original....or maybe a series that takes place in the same universe as the new movie but on another ship? with cameos from the new actors every now and then....it could focus on Captain Decker or something :D

    • As best I can tell, it’s Acousticyzed re-issued with new artwork, and in all the various formats mentioned. This is exactly why I didn’t worry about picking it up earlier this year, as I figured MS would whip out the holy schlong and try to get the hardcore fans to shell out for a second version.
    • Mirror to the Sky - Yes
    • Not really something that fully appeals to me, but I certainly don't see it as dogshit. If it came on the radio (not that I listen to radio) I certainly would not turn it off or skip it on a playlist.
    • Yeah, this whole thread offends me.
    • I'm liking that first track as well
    • Interesting song choice as far as covering Journey, but they likely wanted to go with a lesser known track.   I'm not a fan of the vocal effects nor the guitar tone.  It's a skip for me, but not as bad as I was expecting after reading the prior comments.
    • The nice voice will change for future records, according to Graywolf's Facebook page:
    • Mirror Mirror-Dokken
    • Ehh? Is this the same content retitled, or a completely different set of live material?... there's so much wrong with this announcement: This album was previously released as a very-limited CD/DVD.  It sold out instantly.  So we went back in and did a Dolby Atmos remaster/remix of the album, and all new artwork. But CD and DVD don't support Dolby Atmos. That's not a thing. Blu-Ray yes, but not CD or DVD. ALSO - Not only will this be available on streaming platforms but we will soon be announcing the release of Vinyl, CD/DVD, and Cassette.  Yes, you read that right.  Cassette.  Oh - let's talk about the video - the BluRay video has been upgraded to 4K for this release "Upgraded to 4k"... whut? Unless it was reshot using 4K cameras (or was originally shot in 4K but simply authored to blu-ray in SDR) and is completely reauthored to support HDR, a 4K UHD release may not actually be an improvement. Boomers saying boomer things...
    • From the Michael Sweet FB page: You asked for it!  And we listened!  To Hell with the Amps, our acoustic album, is being released worldwide on May 10 to streaming services everywhere.   This album was previously released as a very-limited CD/DVD.  It sold out instantly.  So we went back in and did a Dolby Atmos remaster/remix of the album, and all new artwork.   ALSO - Not only will this be available on streaming platforms but we will soon be announcing the release of Vinyl, CD/DVD, and Cassette.  Yes, you read that right.  Cassette.  Oh - let's talk about the video - the BluRay video has been upgraded to 4K for this release.   There are so many exciting things to come with this release.  Stay tuned here and at Stryper.com We are looking forward to taking this acoustic album on the road starting May 30.
