i wasnt that impressed tbh....the old ghost photos are impressive....but with digital photography and photoshop, it's too easy to fabricate these....

just my opinion tho :)

Good points, but wouldn't be cool if we lived in a place where we weren't so pecimistic and could "believe"?

That said "if" the photo's are real than that is amazing!

oh dont me wrong, i believe in hauntings, and i've seen some really convincing photos...but with the exception of 1 or 2 of those photos, theyre all cliched methods of creating fake sightings...i've made photos like this myself :P

but i do believe in "ghosts", these are just too contrived IMO...

Same here, interesting stuff to look at though I too cannot say I am convinced. I'll just keep an open mind...agnostic perhaps. :D

That's wild and wacky stuff. I think they're all explainable, but still cool to look at. :)

Yeah!

I gotta agree with Faron & Jimbo.

I don't believe in any of it.

Thanks mate, I`m normally the only one who agrees with me

I disagree with that.

Has anyone ever heard of Cry Baby Bridge? It's a ghost story where I live about a two lane bridge and sometimes when you drive over it, your car mysteriously stalls out and you can hear the cries of an infant that was thrown over the edge and into the water by its mother.

Creeeeeeeeepy! :o

Those are neat photos but always in the back of my mind I keep hearing the word "photoshop" whispered...perhaps by a ghost?

My grandma had a newspaper clipping photo from a tragic accident near Fargo ND taken in the early 80's. The photographer was one of the first people on the scene and in the image of the wrecked cars you can see a shadow of what looks like a boy floating above the wreckage. The creepy part was a little boy was killed in the wreck. I wish I had that clipping.

The one i thought was the best was:

Boy.jpg

you can alos go thru a whole heap of other photos on the same site.

they also investigate them ... for those who immediately throw up 'photoshop'. Nearly none of them are explained as 'photoshopped'. Most get done for 'double exposure'.

ah yeah, most of them are either double exposure or a slow shutter speed...but some that are photoshopped are the one of the car for example..

and the "boy in the lake" one i dont get, just looks like a normal person standing there, i spent ages looking fo a ghost

and we used to have a ghost in the house i was born in :D

a Saxon warrior, turns out the house was built on an old battlefield, and we had this ghost left over....my lil brother used to talk to him, called him "Bill"

one time my mom was washing dishes and she felt someone behind her and when she turned around she saw him standing there staring past her......and we had someone in the house that saw him once

also, my parents used to live in a house owned by a woman who fell down the stairs and died, when they lived there my mom saw her standing by the window in the bedroom, but dad didnt see anything....

hauntings definitely exist, theyre technically energy left over from the past, replaying themselves now....just an apparition, no conciousness or anything like that...but i dont think they can be photographed because certain people see them and others dont, so i dont think a camera can capture their image...

except for the fact that the figure is transparent, and not solid like every other item in the photo/

doesnt look transparent to me, just looks like their clothes blend in the the bank behind :/

yes, the refelction makes it difficult to fake.

But don't you think the legs look transparent?

not in the slightest, i just think that where the trousers have been raised up happens to coincide with where the bank meets the river so it looks like you can see the bank behind the legs...

i dont see anything ghostly about it at all :s

I wouldn't say I'm an out and out "believer" in ghosts but I'm open to the possibility that they exist.

That said, I wouldn't want to find out for sure that they exist by running into one in a dark house in the middle of the night either. :yikes:

    • Not much information on the video's page, other than it appears to be an AI creation. Once it gets into the verse and especially the chorus, it's actually not too bad IMO.
    • While I appreciate your interest in contributing to the site, most of the artists and albums you are submitting are either REALLLLLLY stretching the boundaries, or as in the case of this band, completely off the mark. No alternagrunge. No punk. No death metal/power metal (although those can be submitted to Brutal Metal). You can always start a thread asking about a particular artist before blindly submitting it for inclusion. Thanks! -Dan
