you have spinal tap but no Steel Dragon which is weird because musically theyre one of the best bands ive heard....

 

its a supergroup of some of rock and metal biggest names!

 

alright so its fictitious....but so are Spinal Tap!

 

what are the rules for having bands on there? that they have to have toured?

steel dragon has never put out a cd. you can look in the soundtrack area and find the soundtrack.

Well yea, but in the alternate universe in which Spinal Tap reside, the movie's O.S.T. doubles as the "Smell The Glove" album...

 

But seriously, if the makers of "Rock Star" had released the soundtrack as a "Steel Dragon" album under their name, they'd probably have their own listing.

The key difference is that the Spinal Tap soundtrack features Spinal Tap and only Spinal Tap, the Rockstar soundtrack features various artists!

theres 11 i believe, the other 3 arent on the album

 

theres desperate hearts (i think thats the name) written by jeff pilson, Crown Of Falsehood written by zakk wylde and lastly, theres Reckless, the best SD song IMO

 

but reckless isnt the one in the film with wylde and matjivec on it, its actually kane roberts and it can be found on the Phoenix Down album
