Personally I pull them right out of my fluffy pink loofah... uh, I mean, uh, sandpaper, yeah, I shower with sandpaper... 'cause I'm just that hard core.

Very true, have been well off my game recently and will have to take a moment of pause, as I consult my spiritual and logical side. I get these moments in waves, especially towards the end of the year I find.
