This has become one of my favorites over the last few years; I prefer this version to the Lovemongers/Heart version:

I like most of the old standards and some Jazz albums, like the classic Charlie Brown Christmas soundtrack and a group from Canada called the Mennonite Jazz Committee has a great Christmas album.

This live version off the Crackers album is the best.

The Helix Christmas album is, I think, the best of any of the one-off Rock or Metal Christmas albums.

And obviously there's Trans-Siberian Orchestra. My favourites are all the sappy low-tempo tracks, but they got some good rockers, too.

I've posted this one before. I know it sounds corny, but I think the sentiment truly captures the essence of Christmas in our time. Heartwarming stuff.

I have too many favorites to list, but if you have Pandora you can see or listen to my Christmas Playlist there. So far I have 142 songs. I'll be adding more next week. Let me know if the link does/doesnt work. :D  https://pandora.app.link/VU0s6RYTtcb

Plenty of staples of course. Blue Xmas, The Grinch, etc etc etc...

But I do like a few others that may not be on everyone's radar:

There is a single out there that is may all time favorite from some hard rock acts combining to do an amazing AOR song celebrating the holiday, but I can't remember what they called themselves and of course, like all things min is packed away never to see the light of day. Its probably 10 years old and was in a cardboard slip sleeve with a silver, light blue and white cover... sigh

The chorus wnet like this: "Celebrate, celebrate Christmas, celebrate, celebrate the love".
