Sorta inspired by the "Silliest/Worst Band Name" thread... what album titles make you laugh? Either because they're so ridiculous, so dumb, or so ... perfect?

 

Two of my favorites (and no, I don't own either of these, I just love the titles)

Haha. I like those two. I see a lot of cool ones, but never really within "our" genre. There are a lot of cool modern rock ones which I'd need time to think of, but two of my faves, which I wouldn't call "funny" as such, just fun, are:

Yeah, NOFX have had some good ones. You ever see the album "HEAVY PETTING ZOO?" The vinyl version was a picture of a guy in a 69 position with a sheep!

Whilst perusing some online lists of Metallica bootlegs (trying to find out if any of the vinyl ones I own have any value), I noticed some odd titles.... a 2 LP set called "THE DEVIL, SHAVED SOAP AND GASOLINE," another called "WEED KILLER AND SUGAR," and one called "FLINSTONES AND JETSONS"

 

...I know they're only bootlegs 'n' all, but I wonder what the heck would inspire such odd album names...

What the fuck is that?

 

I believe it is Nanowar's dab at "Into Glory Ride" - a joke band which made a career of cranking parody covers of Manowar and selected other bands. Some funny interpretations, but the fun wears thin after 5 minutes or less, for me at least, anyway.
