That is a great record!

 

I wonder why Q-5 is not talked about as much as a lot of lesser bands?

Especially considering it features the one and only Floyd Rose on guitar. Good stuff! I still have a "Music For Nations" double album compilation somewhere with them on it.

 

 

I have the Music for Nations 2 on 1 cd. With Steel The Light and When The Mirror Cracks. Awesome stuff!!!!

I think that's the same on I have, does it have (this'll stretch my brain, I haven't played that sucker for YEARS....) Baby Tuckoo, and wasn't there an Eric Martin tune on there? God, I've had that thing forever... have to dig it out when I get home.

 

Oops ..! The 2-on-1 CD costs 40$ on german Amazon !! That's a lot of money !!

 

The 2 Q5 discs were also released seperately on High Vaultage with bonus tracks. I picked 'em up a few years back for a bargain. Great band and I must dig them out again as I haven't played them in a while!!!

Nah, didn't win the lottery - I bought 23 CDs for us$110 at a US site called Secondspin which only has mainstream hard rock releases but a lot of the modern stuff I listen to at really, really cheap prices. And I bought about 15 CDs I've wanted for a while from Shmankerl all at very, very cheap prices. Then about 5-6 on sale from NEH. The rest of the CDs I'm waiting on are from trades. Overall, I spent about au$250 which is going to kill me - damn this US exchange rate and it's luring ways!
