1 game done and Voldemort gets the win.

    NFL 2020

Seattle played quite typical I hate to say. Losing to the Rams is the worst part and Russ didn't play that well today or previous days for that matter, not sure if it was all him or if the O line stinks. The Redskins, yep WASHINGTON REDSKINS, played their heart out tonight. That Heineke kid was going toe to toe with TB12, good game, with an unfortunate ending. 3 more tomorrow. Ravonettes and Titans Da Bears and the Taints and the Cleveland Floaters vs Pitt. Should be another fine wild card day.

That doinked field goal was obviously and unfortunately the Colts demise. The going for 2 they re-couped on the next TD. Seattle and LA Rams up next.
  4. Watched a couple older music doc's on the Youtube: Last Days Here-Pentagram - this one was kind of brutal at times, but ultimately a nice effort from a fan that basically saved Rob. Good docmentary. & Slow Southern Steel-As the title implies this documentary is about all things doomed up and southern. Interviews with the likes of Hank III, EyeHateGod, Phil Anselmo and a grip of other Pabst drinking, confederate flag flying hillbiilly rednecks. Nice film and I did quite enjoy it.
  5. Agreed and a fag is a cigarette and being gay just meant you were having a good day and happy to be here... One of my new favorites is "latin X" As saying latinO and latinA are gender biased. As for G'off, I do hope he shares some of the royalties soon from the films we made. The anal reconstructive surgery wasn't cheap, nor were all the diapers I wore before and during the reconstruction.
  6. I watched some of this unfolding today and it was and is a head shaking shame, but not a lot different than what I have watched out west in Oregon and Seattle for the last year as the trolls try and burn down every crosswalk sign, court house and politicians private residence. I hate to say it, have said it before months ago, things will get worse, so much worse until something or things TRULY calamitous transpires and then maybe things MIGHT calm down.
  7. Awesome, I had forgotten about this cover, which I shouldn't have as I love Lizzy Borden and redheads, so a win win. After re-watching I would let her give me chlamydia any damn day...
  8. Karpet, I agree the Boys 2 seasons are awesome. Can't wait for more. Also agree on Anna & the Apocalypse, I rather enjoyed the High School Musical/Shawn of The Dead mash up. Watched Soul, the Pixar Disney affair and I must say it was well done.
  9. It was more akin to no one will give 2 shits to hear it and also the band is defunct, like so many and these masters are (so I am told) owned now by the guy who funded the studio time to record em... Oh I have them (and would certainly share them) and if I was my own man with my own house I would be able to unpack anything that was mine and enjoy it. My entire collection of media (CD's, vinyl, VHS, DVD's, collectables, et al) are all boxed up (have been for going on 9 years) and may never see the light of day... Maybe 1 day, I will be like the Iron Maiden song says "I'm not a prisoner, I'm a free man..." SIGH.
  10. Binged season 3 of Cobra Kai on Netflix. Go watch this and/or all 3 seasons immediately as it is ridiculously awesome.
  11. Tough to compare as they are polar opposites. Like comparing Jewel and Bette Midler. Hagar, a guitarist, songwriter and then a singer and Dave 2k% a front man/singer and maybe some songwriting to some degree as #2. I never saw Dave with VH, but I did see him with Vai and Sheehan on the Eat 'Em & Smile tour and I did see Van Hagar on the Monsters of Rock tour. That said, I'd rather see Roth 7 days a week singing the phone book than Hagar and that's no knock on Hagar, a competent musician, who I preferred in his earlier incarnation (s) with both Montrose and as an early solo artist (pre-VH) and not so much with VH. His work after VH is spotty at best. BUT, that's my take.
  12. The few I forgot: Freaky Quite nice. Done by the same guy who did the 2 Happy Death Day films and this one is a nice play on an old movie. As mentioned Vince Vaughen is in it and he is cool as ever. Onward Really well done Pixar/Disney vehicle, well worth a watch. Love & Monsters Really well done, lots of good effects and that kid from the Maze Runner films is in it and he is a good actor. Another nice movie well worth your time.
  13. Plenty of staples of course. Blue Xmas, The Grinch, etc etc etc... But I do like a few others that may not be on everyone's radar: There is a single out there that is may all time favorite from some hard rock acts combining to do an amazing AOR song celebrating the holiday, but I can't remember what they called themselves and of course, like all things min is packed away never to see the light of day. Its probably 10 years old and was in a cardboard slip sleeve with a silver, light blue and white cover... sigh The chorus wnet like this: "Celebrate, celebrate Christmas, celebrate, celebrate the love".
  14. Watched a grip of films over the past few days: Star Wars-The Rise of Skywalker I didn't mind it as much as some slagged on it. Sure the Mary Sue element is ridiculous but if you can ignore most of that the underlying stories are pretty solid and of course the inner fanboy ate it up like a biscuit. Fantasy Island I used to adore BlumeHouse. They have saturated themselves and watered down their stronghold, but that said this film was albeit ridiculous worth an hour 20. Satanic Panic This was surprisingly great. Gobs of gore and a pretty good story and solid humor and acting. Run out and watch this as its quite fun. Bill & Ted Face the Music 1 word can sum this up "EXCELLENT"! I know many bagged on it but man what a solid entry into the franchise. A million nods to the old films, a ton of cameos and just overlooked for its epicness. Kind of like Zoolander 2, also brilliant, but also fell flat for whatever reason. I know some capped on the daughters but their role was supporting and didn't detract from their dads journey. Ford V Ferrari Really enjoyed this one. Intriguing/sad story, well written and acted and I think I now like Matt Damon... Haunt Solid Eli Roth vehicle (someone mentioned Knock Knock now I need to find that) with a simple story and some well placed jumps and gore. Nice finale as well. Seems I am forgetting a couple but oh well.
  15. Good shit so far and those anime themes plus 2k others are on endless repeat in my house as my kids are submerged in that arena. Here are a few that are off the beaten path that I have enjoyed, First a no brainer and a great (set) show with my man Will Katt This ones a deeper dive from a great band, The Tories, that no one has heard of, but everyone should adore them. From a TV show no one probably remembers, Jesse starring Christina Applegate. And the long form version from the album Upside of Down. Can't have a theme song thread without a nod to Polaris' song Hey Sandy from the brilliant show Pete and Pete. Normal Life. The Zappa vehicle with Shirley Feeney. Honorary mention to this band skit from the Justin Bateman show Its Your Move. The band, The Dregs of Humanity. This show was awesome btw.

    NFL 2020

Won't happen. The Ravenettes will lose to Dallas Tuesday and whoever is next and that will that. They won't even get a wildcard in a season with extras. Baltimore has always sucked and that won't change and your right Pitt played shitty after delay after delay after delay, delays that NO OTHER TEAM THIS YEAR HAS BEEN OFFORDED, but Harbough has Goodell's entire 4"buried in his butthole. As Tomlin said Pitt played like a JV team , but they still won. As for officiating it has always sucked. Did the officials miss the delay of game call, yep. Was that a 1st down at the end yep.

    NFL 2020

Some of the worst excuses from a team to postpone the game for almost a week and in turn causing the Steelers to lose one of their elite defensive players Bud Dupree for the rest of the fucking season with a torn MCL. Fucking Harbough, douche canoe.
  19. Nice stuff and your right Cap, the kickstarter has options for "coins" that have download codes, cuz they "can't sell the albums in printed media", must be a copyright thing??? Regardless some cool stuff as far as music goes and the kickstarter promo video on the KS page is pretty funny... I have the first Rock Sugar album around here somewhere...
  20. This one is eclectic af. Might take a few more spins to sink in but the solo was nice and someone dropped a couple dimes on the video. https://www.facebook.com/budderside
  21. Another tasty share. For fans of Tesla for certain as it sounds samey, obviously not as epic but hell its 30 years removed right. https://www.facebook.com/resistandbiteband https://www.resistandbite.com/home According to the website they have at lest an albums worth of material in the can and had big plans for 2020 summer tours, but obviously the pandemic squashed that. Maybe they will release an album anyways.
  22. Tasty. Good find and thanks for sharing. https://shotgunmistress.com.au/ https://www.facebook.com/shotgunmistress
  23. That's right I almost forgot about the VH stuff. I just can't help going about saying "It's Casual" or one of my favorite lines from the movie: :There's this place, called Les Girls. You can get a steak and a girl and put them on the credit card. VISA or Mastercharge". RIP Chris Penn.

An UGLY win, but a win nonetheless. 11 and 0 bitches!
  25. Been a while since I've seen that one, but you can watch it here (the link works just not here apparently due to the age restrictions: Many favorites from my youth but a few that resonate at the moment are Jekyll and Hyde Together Again and the epic The Wild Life. So many more however.
