  1. I Am Vengeance - Wow, pretttty pretttty crap. Boring. Typical boxer/wrestler trying to act flick. Avoid. Upgrade - Pretty damn great. Again, typical story, with a few twists. Some obvious, some not so much. Loved the ending. See.
  2. I didn't know that How about Little White lies, Borg Sides Now and a few others from Sammy Hagar solo after VH. I think he said they weren't about the brothers but I don't believe him
  3. Note to self: leave Thomas the Tank Engine out of any conversation with Geoff....
  4. Fly in to China today so got 4 movies in on the flight Braven - typical man protecting family from unfortunate circumstances with bad guys and drugs. Not bad, but pretty routine I Feel Pretty - Was ok. Kind of like Shallow Hal but not as good. Some fun moments though. Borg McEnroe - describes Borgs attempt at a fifth straight Wimbledon win, while giving historic flashbacks to their (mainly Borg's) youths. For a very short while I had an interest in the tennis and it was about this time so it was fun to relive. The Big Lebowski - This movie is well regarded so I finally gave it a watch. Was ok, but not all that. Maybe if I'd seen it 20 years ago I'd have been more impressed
  5. I remember when I found out that the stripper poles rotate
  6. Song sounds OK. I find myself biased against HCSS after their last album. Not sure why. Other bands have released a flop and I've gone back without any problems. Gonna have to listen to this album when I am open to it otherwise I'll just pick through it. Would be better if they had a proper killer song up first. Edit: I typed as I was listening. By the end of the song I quite liked it, and see hope.
  7. You obviously haven't seen Waterworld.....
  8. Same I saw Dance With Wolves. Still an amazing movie.
  9. Boobs & Rock. Can't go wrong there...
  10. I'm guessing as it was never released it is sharable? Anyone wants a copy MP3 I have them. 3 songs, all top notch. ney".[1] All that was ever released of this was the three-song I Will Be There EP in 1985. The title track was originally written and recorded by Ballard on his 1981 album Into the Fire. The artists rehearsed for some days before the sessions and it was all recorded in three hours. Paul Di'Anno – lead vocals Pete Willis – guitars Janick Gers – guitars Neil Murray – bass Clive Burr – drums, percussion
  11. Well in this case I did it to myself by going in expecting too much and having listened to too much hype. "best action movie ever" was what I was expecting. But I still enjoyed it. Will likely enjoy even more on a rewatch.
  12. Gogmagog. Not sure it was ever released on CD. I have 2 vinyl copies
  13. Supposed to be out August. Still listed as pre order on the pledge page. I guess within the next 6 days
  14. Mission Impossible Pretty let own with this one.I expected more given all the hype. A decent addition to the franchise, but nothing more. Still enjoyed it, but was always waiting to be blown away by something during the movie....
  15. I was looking back at others lists after I did mine and saw that this was for 2017 Anyway here's my 2018 list so far Pop Evil - Rewind Kissin' Dynamite - You're Not Alone Thadeus Gonzalez - Stand On Ceremony W.E.T. - Calling Out Your Name Little Caesar - Time Enough For That CoreLeoni - Let It Be Five Finger Death Punch - Sham Pain SteelCity - Too Little Too Late Ammunition - Time Station - More Than The Moon The Dead Daisies - Set Me Free
  16. YEah, desperate to see Mission Impossible. Imma big fan of the franchise and this one is being billed as one of the best action movies ever. Saw Tag last night. Fun movie, funny at times, could have been funnier. They seemed undecided whether to go a bit more stupid funny or stay real life humorous. Given that it's based on a true story I guess they erred on the latter.
  17. Saw The Jacket last night. Weird kinda movie with an unsatisfying ending. Then after that was Friend Request which had the daughter from Fear The Walking Dead as the lead. Pretty scary suspense/horror type movie, compared to others that are supposedly that way like It etc Was ok Overboard (remake of the Goldie Hawn movie) was pretty good. About what you'd expect but done pretty well and quite funny.
  18. Pretty sure my daughters band opened for these guys when they toured. Could be wrong but she was making a pretty big deal about whoever it was and they ring a bell.
  19. OK, so I just checked and I only have the 2 EP's they released. Completely missed the album for some reason. ?
  20. re Whitesnake. Interested in disc 5. I really like some of their later stuff that is on disc 1
  21. I got 9 songs of KD which made their best of folder. This makes it probably #1 for me for the year.
  22. Probably. The nature of my mind is that I forget things, so need constant reminders (or bookmarks) which Outloud now is
  23. Nice. My fav Elvis song. Is it a bonus on an album? Don't have it.
