What's a spinnin' in your CD player?

Recommended Posts

How's that Edguy? I always wanted to get into them but haven't had a chance.

Pretty good, pretty good... this is the only CD of theirs I've heard, if you like Kiske-era Helloween (when they were GOOD, i.e. the Seven Keys albums) then you'll dig them.

Rocket Ride is phenomenal IMHO. :banger:

I have read many raves about ROCKET RIDE so it's been added to my nearly-endless shopping list...

Now playing: Shadow Demon, GRIMOIRE OF RUIN

I really like Winger IV, it's a grower so you have to give it a few listens.

Kiss- Dynasty

Mariah- Somewhere between Heaven and Earth

I'm not spinning anything yet today, as I can't decide what to listen to on the way to work.

It's rainy out and it looks like it might snow so I'm thinking it would be a great day for Savatage "Dead Winter Dead".

How about Cinderella's "Long Cold Winter?"

I only listen to 'Dead winter Dead' when the weather is bad.

'Long Cold Winter', even though it has winter in the title, is more of a summer album for me.

Good point. I still remember when that was released in the summer of '88, the day it came out I walked a couple of miles to a record store to buy the tape in 90-plus degree weather and I thought to myself "they got a lotta balls releasing an album called Long Cold WINTER on a day like today!" Fortunately I loved the album, so the near-case of heatstroke was worth it. :)
